Kart Shop Services

     Racers know axles, chassis, tie rods, side pod bars, bumpers, steering shafts, and spindles get bent. 

     Kart Works  has the tools to straighten your kart parts cheaper then tossing them in the steel bin and buying new ones.  Please do not try to straighten your kart axles or frame / chassis with a hammer and a piece of wood, or a vice and a bar.  This will only damage your axle more because you are not being precise with your bends and could end up with multiple bends in your axle. 
    We use the same techniques to repair bent axles that mechanics use to straighten crank shafts and cam shafts .
50mm, 40mm,30mm, 1 1/4” tooling can be made to straighten your axle if you do not have these size axles Call or e-mail for inquiries.

Axle Straightening

    At Kart Works we have the right tools for the job we specialize in fixing bent axles within .005”

     Your bent axle will be fixed quickly and it will be with in .005” ( Rear Axles Only ).  Spindles, Steering columns, Bumpers, and Side pod bars will be With in .020”.  We will do our best to get you to the next race.
     Also some parts in stock just incase you want a new axle or steering shaft check the Catalog.
